We DO NOT accept reservations for any reason. This includes any / all Holidays and special occasions. While it's difficult to predict how busy we will be on any given evening it's best to arrive very early (we open @ 5:30pm) or a bit later in the evening to avoid any potential delays in seating. If you arrive during 'prime time' (8pm) on a Friday or Saturday evening or after 6pm Sunday - Thursday please enjoy a cocktail at our bar while you wait.

Yes! Upon arrival you may place the name of your party on our wait list and our host/hostess will advise you of the estimated wait time. Incomplete parties will not be seated and tables will not be held for incomplete parties. If you're table becomes available and your entire party is not available your table will be given to the next complete party.

Depending upon the day of the week and your arrival time the wait can range from 30 minutes to over an hour. The host/hostess will advise you of the expected wait time. If you're in a rush arrive @ 5:30 when we open to avoid any delays.

Whole Pecan Pies may be ordered in advance for pickup @ Canyon... $80 per pie. Send us an email including your name, phone, # of pies + pickup date. Pickup is only available between 5:30 + 10pm on days that the restaurant is open. Minimum 2 days notice required...

Yes we do although they are NOT available for purchase online or via telephone. Gift Cards may be purchased at Canyon every day from 5:30pm until approx. 10pm via Credit Card, Cash or Money Order. You may also send a Money Order in the amount you would like along with a self addressed stamped envelope to Canyon. Checks are NOT accepted via mail and Credit Cards are NOT accepted via telephone. Gift Cards are available in $25 increments. Our Gift Cards never expire! Volume discounts are NOT available.

We don't do requests. We do not offer any dishes aside from those available on our current menu and nightly specials. If you've had a specific item before at our restaurant and it's no longer on the menu let us know how much you enjoyed it.
